Kelsie Grammer talked with E! host Debbie Matenopoulos of The Daily 10 about the fires that forced him and his family to evacuate. Some highlights:On the fires:
"Every time they shoot to it we'll go like, 'OK, there's the pier, and then wide… OK… wide out, widen out,' and then uh… all I see is smoke. So… I don't really know… but it looks OK… we're OK. We're safe. We got the dog, we got the kids."
On needing to evacuate:
"All the lights were out. It was actually kind of fun. My daughter was nervous in the… in the beginning. She woke up. 'Daddy, what's the matter?' I said, 'Oh honey, it's nothing. Just relax. Come on, we're going to have some fun.' So she shined the flashlight around and we got out. It was fine."
