Hi everybody,

Sorry about the lack of postings this week.

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis this summer and it seems to flare up really bad when the weather is rainy here. It rained all week and by Thursday I had to take some pain meds and crawl into bed.

Hi All,

As I'm sure our frequent readers have noticed, I have been out of commission for the past two weeks.

I had thought that the boys had passed on their flu bug to me, but ended up in the hospital with gallstones. Of course it wasn't quite that simple and included several days of going back and forth to the doctor's office and urgent care before they figured out what was wrong. I am still in some pain but am starting to feel better.
Thank you for your frequent visits and immense understanding!
