Shar Jackson: Kevin May be a Bad Boyfriend, but He's a Great Dad

Kevin Federline's ex-girlfriend and mother of two of his children insists that he is a great dad.

“I have seen Kevin with the kids. He is an amazing father," she says. "I’ve been telling people since day one, he’s always been an amazing father. That was one of his qualities I fell in love with.”

She laughs, “Maybe he wasn’t a great boyfriend, but he was an amazing dad. He does what he has to do to take care of his family.”

Shar is moving forward herself having just won "Celebrity Rap Superstar." The next step for her is to start acting again.

“My passion is acting," she says. "I am getting ready to get back out there and do what I do.”

Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon Step Up to Help New Orleans

Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon are getting ready to pass on a vital life lesson to their children -- volunteering is extremely fulfilling.

“I think it’s the most fulfilling thing that you can do,” she said at a C.A.R.E. event held at NYC’s Esquire North. “We are responsible for each other as human beings. We can’t do it alone. We need help, and we need to give help.”

Sedgwick is hoping to pass the spirit of volunteerism to her childre, Travis, 18, and Sosie, 15, when the whole family travels to New Orleans this Christmas to donate their time and energy to rebuilding the city.

“After living with a certain amount of wealth and being in the limelight, I think my kids are really interested in giving back,” she says. “It was actually their encouragement that made us choose to do this.”
