Anne Heche is Happy Relationship Is Out in the Open

Anne Heche is keeping her options open with boyfriend and Men in Trees co-star James Tupper. The couple's relationship made headlines earlier this year when both filed for divorce from the respective spouses and were quickly seen cozying up together.

The actress admits that she's happy everything is now out in the open. "We're so much more comfortable now that our feelings are exposed and everybody knows about them," she says.

Heche has a five-year-old son, Homer, with ex-husband Coleman Laffoon.

When asked about any plans to expand her family she told Extra, "Gotta leave it open, ya know what I'm saying?"

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal Go Trick-or-Treating

Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have taken another step in taking their relationship public this week. The two reportedly brought her children, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, trick or treating in L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood last night.

Witherspoon was dressed as a witch and Gyllenhaal wore an ape costume.

"They were holding hands and swinging them in the air as they walked around the neighborhood," says an eye-witness, who says Gyllenhaal was seen lifting up his gorilla mask to kiss Witherspoon.

Ava was also dressed in a witch costume and Deacon was dressed as a super hero.
