Johnny Depp isn't spilling the details about the undisclosed illness which sent his 8-year-old daughter, Lilly Rose, to the hospital last spring, but he is talking about the panic he felt as a parent during her sudden illness. "To say it was the darkest moment, that's nothing," Depp tells Entertainment Weekly. "It doesn't come close to describing it. Words are so small."
"Now every single millisecond is a mini-celebration," says Depp. "Every time we get to breathe in and exhale is a huge victory. She pulled through beautifully, perfectly, with no lasting anything."
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has two children with longtime partner Vanessa Paradis, Lilly Rose, 8, and Jack, 5.
