Following weeks of speculation, Jennifer Lopez finally confirmed her pregnancy last night at her concert in Miami."Marc and I are expecting a baby!" the glowing singer announced to the audience.
The announcement was a surprise to her husband who gave her a belly rub, then leaned over and kissed her belly. "I didn't know she was going to talk," he said to the crowd.
"The whole arena went insane," says one concert-goer. "It was awesome!"
The Miami show was the last stop on the couple's concert tour.
"This is a special time in our lives," Lopez said. "And we waited until the last show to tell you."
