Canadian authorities have decided to drop assault charges against Skating with Celebrities participant Kristy Swanson. The actress was arrested in June following an altercation with boyfriend Lloyd Eisler's ex-wife. Swanson later attested that she was the victim of the attack.
Swanson and Eisler have a 8-month-old son, Magnus.
