Britney Spears started her first "Parenting Without Conflict" session at the Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday according to a source close to the singer. The program, which consists of six sessions, is designed to teach cooperative parenting and communication skills.
"She's not nervous, she's actually looking forward to it," says the source.
The singer's ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is reportedly participating in the session as well.
Spears and Federline are due back in court tomorrow to update their progress in their ongoing custody battle over sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
